Description: The looped parking area that is off to the right when heading up on Black Mountain Dr is the cruising area. Guys drive through and park here. 95% of people here will be cruisers. The other 5% are legitimately using the lookout - they will be pretty easy to spot.
Guys either wait in their cars, or explore the various paved, and non-paved walking tracks around the car park and down the hill. (The toilet block from the 90-00s does not exist anymore and signage for it has all been removed).
2024 update: The tower has been closed and might be refurbished next year. However, this means a higher number of tourists stop at each and every lookout now (since the tower can't be accessed). Please maintain discretion particularly in the car park and the lookouts, especially during the day.
