This place has many family groups and has a coffee shop next door. People used a toilet all the time during the day; it is the worst place to have a beat.
It would probably be OK at night.
But don't waste your time during the daytime, as there is a coffee shop there, so keep your visits to a minimum and be discreet. Don't sit in the toilets for hours.
