The toilet block is clean and small but isolated. Gravel all around, so you can hear anyone approaching from the loo.
The male toilet has a camera right in front of it. Be very cautious about it. Considering the toilet is open, I'm not surprised that they could see what's happening inside.
There is now a Gloryhole in one of the Toilet blocks here. Must have been recently placed.
