Toilets in the balloon loop are demolished, and toilets in the bottom park are open during the day.
This is a quiet cruising park, located at the corner of Gordon's Road
and Plenty Road in South Morang.
The toilets at the top carpark are gone. This leaves only the paths and the bushes to cruise in, so the best time is after dark. There is also the Homestead, which has disabled, men's and women's toilets. So the best times would be at night. There are toilets off the lower carpark which may become a new cruise area, but most people still go to the top car park.
