Yes and no. It is a kids' playground that during the working day gets nobody there, so that makes it good, but during school holidays and after school hours til around 7 pm, it can and does have kids playing there.
It's a large single toilet cubicle that has so much room and potential for group action.
The toilet door lock is currently broken, so just be cautious.. has been reported.
