Description: As you enter, youll be required to scan your membership key-tag and then you can ask for a towel. You'll then proceed to continue walking straight ahead and just after the fountains/sink in the middle you'll make a right and walk to the end of the aisle, the men's changing room is located on the right. Find a locker, change and lock your items safely. Make your way back to the gym floor and have a great workout. After the workout, change into your towel, take a quick rinse in the shower and then head to the sauna.
