Description: The stairs are located behind the Rene Le Marchand building located on 100 ave and 116 street. There are a few options for cruising. The parking lot (which can be busy), all along the stairs leading into the river valley, and the bushes and trees in the river valley. Great for local guys not looking to make the trek to Victoria Park.
