Description: It is a big, beautiful park, primarily composed of sports fields, with washrooms located between the baseball diamond to the southwest and the tennis courts. The bleachers beside the baseball diamond are a good meeting spot after dark.
There are 2 community gardens here, good play spots after dark: (1) Immediately east of the park, across Hawks Ave. Cruisy area at the south end, with fruit trees and picnic tables; (2) At the southeast end of the park on the north side of Malkin Ave.
The area with the best potential is a wooded area in the far southeast corner (east of the community garden). Trails, trees, lots of spots. Beware of a camera on the little shed in the middle.
