Description: The gardens at Government House, 1401 Rockland Avenue, are open to the public daily from dawn till dusk, free of charge. Parking is available in front of the House and in the lower parking lot. There are two conjoined washrooms in the park. One is single, with a lock, the other is has a locking stall. Be discreet since the park does have light security and general public visitors. The park gets more busy with public visitors during cruise ship/tourist season/sunny afternoons or sunny evenings. Its not so busy on cloudy/rainy days or October through March (this makes it easier to play in the washrooms).
