Description: Great spot At Cumberland Terrace Among the stairs that go to the Path. Just be aware that there are homeless people fhat hangout there. You can access is all night and all day by entering Cumberland Terrace. one of the doors are always unlocked. You can also go upstairs which is a great spot too. Secuirty is on sight but dont bother to much with anyone.
