London Waterloo is the United Kingdom’s busiest station and is operated by Great British Rail. The station is served by GBR (SouthWestern) train services to South West London, Surrey, Wiltshire, Dorset, and Devon. There are 24 platforms and this is also the largest station with many shops and restaurants.

There is a connected TfL London Underground station serving the Northern, Waterloo & City, Jubilee, and Bakerloo lines so the station has a lot of connections.

Buses and taxis are available through the central arch where you will also find cycle storage and cycle hire. Please note that electronic scooters are not permitted on stations or trains.

The toilet facility (cottage) is located opposite the Windrush Memorial (very large) between Starbucks and Marks & Spencer, downstairs to male, female and new gender-non-specific cubicles. The toilets have been refurbished and are smaller than previously.

There are alternative facilities (see separate listings) at the linked station's Waterloo East (WAE) and at The Sidings which offers a large variety of shops and cleaner toilets.
