This is no longer a Fitness First. This listing needs to be amended as Fitness First sold this gym months ago
If you just want to give it a try, go inside the main building and ask at reception if you are for fitness first, they will give you a day pass to use.
Go past the glass panels and the door to the basement where the gym is on your right (double doors).
If the gym reception asks you anything just say you are around the area for business and got recommended to use it by colleagues who have used it before - no more questions asked.
If you really like the gym they will help you change the home branch settings with no change to your membership or fees.
Why bother? The men-only sauna, the second-level changing rooms, and the transparent shower glass are perfect for cruising and playing!
The best times to play are from 1 pm to 3 pm.
There are even 2 shower cubicles in front of the sauna without doors!
Update: This is no longer a Fitness First branch. It's currently closed, being refurbished, and will open up under a new name.
Membership will now cost £150 per month
