There are two sets of toilets in Victoria station, one smaller location next to platform one and the main location at the Southern Trains side of the station. Refurb included the fitting of solid partitions between stalls floor to ceiling. Attendant on site. It is possible to cruise here but with caution, maybe best to meet someone and then find somewhere else.
