Description: A 170-metre-long layby off the eastbound A184 between Wardley and Boldon Colliery. The layby is open so you must park up and find the two holes in the hedge and go into the field and bushes behind the layby. The bushes and field are well-used and you cannot be seen. There are plenty of hidden places there to cruise or go for sex. Look for the black litter bins: the entrance into the bushes is close to the bins. Better in summer when it's overgrown but still good in winter.
