Description: Usually a good cruising area. There is a cottage with picnic tables outside and a small wooded area by the car park. Also, 1/2 mile up the road, turn off the A30 to Lewannick; wooded area and layby 200 yards off the A30, good place, quiet to have a good time. Better when leaves are on the trees so you can’t be seen.
On the left side of the small roundabout as you turn in is another picnic and parking area; guys often park up and wait in their cars, so worth checking it out too.
There was a gloryhole that is now covered. The middle cubicle no longer has a toilet or door to deter more gloryholes being made.
Despite the signs about CCTV by the toilets, there are no cameras there. In the picnic area on the other side of the small roundabout, there is a camera pointing towards the parking area, but it only records license plate numbers; it does not record footage. It is to deter fly-tipping or people parking motor caravans for excessively long periods.
