Description: Twin urinal and one toilet stall with a small door easy to see under and over. Mens entrance straight off the sidewalk can easily park right outside and wait. Busy in the mornings before the road gets too busy. Barely used by public mostly cruisers in cars looking for a quick suck. Can be good in the evenings too but is sometimes locked.
