Description: Twin urinal and one toilet stall with a small door, easy to see under and over. Men's entrance straight off the sidewalk, where you can easily park right outside and wait. Busy in the mornings before the road gets too busy. Barely used by the public, mostly cruisers in cars looking for a quick suck. It can be good in the evenings too. More often than not lately, it has been locked up for long periods.
