Description: The Backwater Dam is a few miles north of Aylth. This is a fairly quiet location mainly used by people coming in their cars to go for walks or just to sit in their cars and read. Plenty of wooded areas around here. There are three car parks. Main one just before the dam, 2nd, drive over the dam, about half a mile down the road, 3rd, right at the far end of the road.
