Description: The main access to Richmond Park is at the junction of A728 and Shawfield Road. You can drive straight into the park at the Jenny Burn pub and sit in the car in the car park. Just as accessible on foot or by bike. The best area is at the opposite end of the park from the main entrance, around the boathouse. A lot of the park has been fenced off. You can only really cruise around the pond. There is a hole in the wooden fence in one of the corners that you could get through but it usually gets repaired pretty quickly.
Guy/s, just to let you know. The worker's yard is now closed. There is only a couple of containers left but the yard is unused. The council is waiting for the contractors to remove these containers. The permit the builders had has now run out and they have to take away their offices.
So you can enter the yard and have fun behind the wooden boards/fence.
