Description: Benicia State Park is 447 acres of trails and wetlands. I recommend Parking on Military Way, entering the park from where San Francisco Bay Trail intersects with West K Street and Military Way. Walk down into the parking lot where it costs $6 to park. There are a couple porta-potties there. You will see a drinking fountain and paved path going into the park. Most bicyclists and walkers will use this paved pathway. BUT, if you go to the left of the parking lot, you will see an unpaved trail. Take that trail.
