Description: You can park and sit around or walk down the bike trail towards the bridge. Guys usually play in the bushes /trees. There are bushy areas by the railroad tracks where guys play. Access on the west side of the river is from Encanto Park, which is a great place to park to access the bridge area. Pull in at the first entrance and park close to the bridge. Guys are sometimes sitting in their cars here waiting to see if other people take a stroll across the street. The play area is under the bridge, off the trail. To get there, cross the street take the trail along the top of the river bank to the bridge, at the bridge, take the trail underneath, and you will see a large open area around the bridge abutments. The best area is behind the first abutment, where you are partially screened from the trail but can watch for guys cruising. This is classic outdoor cruising at its best. It isn't in a park and is off the path, about the only people who would come down there are looking for the same thing you are.
If someone wanted to bring some tools, the area could be improved.
