Description: Suzie Adult Bookstore in Modesto just added a theater. Enough room to park two cars by the back door accessible from the alley is a good pick-up spot. Haven't been there in years. Have not seen the new theater. I'm pretty sure they don't have an arcade. There are two other adult video stores in that town neither have an arcade and all three close at midnight. It has always appeared to me that Modesto is very strict on ABSs. I don't know how they pulled off adding the theater here, my guess is it's only a matter of time before The City shuts it down just like Fresno
