Description: A quiet bathroom on the 3rd floor of Phelps Hall at UCSB. It is a horseshoe-shaped bathroom with the entrance and sinks on one end and the urinals and stalls on the other. The stalls are dimly lit which makes them very difficult for anyone to see into and adds a little extra privacy, and you can easily hear someone coming into the bathroom. The main door is usually propped open with a: trash can, but it's very easy to move it so the door closes. Then you can hear very clearly when anyone comes in.
