Description: In the Owa Ehan building the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd floor restrooms that are located on the NW side next to the only elevator in the building. Janitors usually clean the restrooms until about 9:00 pm. Quiet and private to have fun. Restrooms on 1st floor tend to be used often, so cruising there can be risky. Restrooms on 2nd floor are much more quiet and after 9:00 pm, most of the people that use that restroom are definitely cruising for fun. Restroom on 3rd floor has only one stall, so its perfect for more private fun.
