Description: LGBTQ Adult campground that opened this year offering day passes, tent sites, cabin rentals, and RV rentals. Located northwest of Peru close to US 31 and US 24. Owners purchased the campground in 2023 and converted it to an LGBTQ adult campground. They have a lot of plans to update and improve the facilities. The campground has a disc golf course on site and a drag show once a month.
Misthaven is a new alternative lifestyle campground. The park opened under the name Misthaven quite recently, in January 2024. Keep in mind that we are new as you compare us to other campgrounds. We know we are lacking some amenities, but we are quickly adding more and more features. If you can think of it, it's probably already on our list! We just ask that you bear with us and take a hefty helping of patience as we make Misthaven the campground you want it to be.
