Description: The park is a large wooded area that was reclaimed from a gravel operation years ago. There are wooded trails that go around the property and a couple that cut through the center and wetland area. It’s a popular place for nature walking and sees a lot of daily visitors. It is also maintained by the city of West Monroe, so there are personnel around every day.
