Description: Park in Downtown St. Louis, MI. It is the outlet for the Pine River Impoundment built to generate electricity. Several parking spots look like a nice place to meet and plan a play dateno place to play on-site during the day. However, at night, one might be able to discreetly get or give head on the overlook on the South end. I'm not sure about police patrols or traffic. Just looks like a good place to meet.
