Description: Westchester County park (admission fee or park pass when warm, free otherwise, also free parking of smaller park w ballfield just outside Croton Point). The main parking lot can be ok for car fun on slow days. Up past the miniature plane area, down by the river south of the RV spot walk out to the beach/river edge.
