Description: Ellison Park is one of the smaller county parks on the east side of Rochester and seems to be the only one not listed as a place for cruising in Rochester. And yet, it is a park that is easy to navigate, has the lowest police presence (most of the time) and some of the hottest cruising of any of the the parks in the area.
