Description: Rest areas on both eastbound and westbound sides. Extremely dark, so at night it's possible to stand outside of your car and have fun. If you are in your car, unless someone shines a light directly on you, it's impossible to see what you're doing, even if someone walked right up to the car. Occasional group action outside of the cars. The westbound side is better for more warning time from approaching cars.
