Description: Just to meet up with people, I would say the best time to meet up with people is either early morning or really late at night. Some guys hang out in the bridge area but don't get busy. Homeless camp back in the woods that the city is trying to get rid of? So there are daily police patrols and city officials there in an attempt to close it down.
