Description: As of Summer 2025, you MUST have a Penn State ID to enter and use the locker room facilities. However, an ID isn’t needed to enter the building. There is the option of getting a day pass from the IM Building, but they are strictly controlling access to the building. No more finding an open door and sneaking in. Post-renovation Rec Hall is no longer functioning as the de facto bath house in State College. Stays kinda busy so be careful.
