Description: Timbrell Lodge opened its doors in 1978 and has become one of the nation's leading year-round mountain resorts for men. The lodge is hidden in a lush wooded hollow enveloped by 189 acres of mountain trails and streams, all in a secured area.
Dining facilities include breakfast in the room rates. Lunch is available for purchase next to the pool at the new Black Bear Pub & Grill and dinner at the lodge can be purchased for $20 per person per night. The facilities offer a wide range of accommodations, from bunks to suites. There are also tenting and RV sites available. Timberfell is a clothing-optional resort. The pool house complex features a 20 by 40 heated pool, the Black Bear Pub & Grill, a 16-man sauna, a tiled shower room, and an open 4-head shower area. The Tavern dance floor is open at night on weekends for gathering, drinks, and dancing and the back area is always open and includes a pool table.
