Description: The best restroom at Northpark is the one that is in the mall near Breadwinners on the lower level. It is excellent for understall action. There are 2 restrooms in Dillard"s with handicapped stalls that are good for cruising. They both have two doors to enter the restroom so It gives you a little recovery time!
One is in the women's department upstairs. It tends to have low traffic. The other spot to play seeing as no one really goes there even employees. The restroom in the Home Decor of Dillard's on the top floor.
