Description: Carmen's Boutique is an adult video arcade. There is an $8.00 cover to enter. People are fucking behind the store nightly. That video selection is poor. The channels don't work. Methheads in the back and staff playing during shifts. The staff is friendly, but it stinks, and the parking lot is frequented by local bobbies. Poor video selection, and the place is kept clean. There is also private parking in the rear. No working restroom in the arcade section, only near the front of the store.
