the location is a public restroom at a rural boat ramp parking lot that sees very little traffic by anyone other than people fishing and men looking to meet other men for a little alone time. When I say rural it is very rural, I would be surprised if law enforcement visits the location more than once every few months unless they are requested for some odd reason.
