Description: Two parking lots on either side of Seltice Way. The lot to the west has trails that follow the river with a large bank to obscure from the main road. The one on east side has a parking lot and trail to launch boats into the river. Park close to the west side of the lot and can't be seen from road. A few bushes and bridge can provide cover. The cops do run by on occasion, but as long as you are not visible from road, you should be good.
